Hi, I'm Josue. Most of my career has been spent on the customer side, in support and success roles where my job was understanding exactly what people needed, and advocating loudly when the product wasn't delivering it. I got really good at that.

A bootcamp and a lot of vibecoding later, I started building things myself. Turns out the empathy I built in customer success is a superpower when you're the one making the product decisions. I care about the small things: the moment a user gets confused, the interaction that should feel effortless but doesn't, the copy that makes someone feel heard.

I build side projects, experiment with design tools and AI, and generally try to make the web a little more enjoyable to use. If something's frustrating, I want to fix it.
